At Asian Trend Beauty Salon, we strive to provide exceptional service and maintain a smooth scheduling process for all our clients. To ensure the efficiency of our operations and to accommodate the needs of all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

**1. Appointment Cancellation:**

  • Customers are required to cancel their appointments at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a no-show fee of $20.

**2. Consequences of No-Show Fee:**

  • Customers who accumulate a no-show fee will only be accommodated as walk-ins for future appointments.
  • Online booking will be restricted until the outstanding no-show fee of $20 is paid.

**3. Package Customers:**

  • Package customers are allowed to reschedule appointments for free if done before 12 hours of the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling within 12 hours or a no-show will result in the automatic deduction of treatment sessions from their package.
  • Exceptions can be made for unexpected emergency cases, and we kindly ask customers to inform us in such situations.
